Psychological services are provided to children and adults served by the Franklin County Board of Developmental Disabilities (FCBDD). The Psychology Department includes a staff of Psychologists, Psychology Assistants and Behavior Support Specialists, who provide evaluations, counseling, behavior support services, as well as consultation to staff and families/caregivers.
The FCBDD Psychology Department also provides training in areas related to positive behavior support, crisis intervention/prevention and parenting. This department oversees the implementation of the Behavior Support Rules of the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities and referrals to the Ohio State University Nisonger Center Dual Diagnosis Clinic.
