Description

Assesses, develops and implements individualized on-the-job training program; assists with, participates in and/or conducts training sessions with enrollees at work locations; provides mobility training as needed Analyzes, monitors and evaluates all aspects of client training to determine needs and recommends and/or develops programming Prepares, reviews and edits training strategies; develops task analysis of specific jobs; provides transportation for employees Provides technical assistance to employers, co-workers, staff and others as requested; maintains regular site visits with previous trainees Performs clerical tasks related to training activities, e.g., maintains log notes, compiles data, prepares reports, etc. Participates in and/or provides staff training programs; attends staff meetings to obtain and provide information May perform delegated nursing tasks and/or procedures Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent; one year experience in MR/DD field preferred; must be able to lift, bend, push and pull up to 25 pounds; dependable transportation needed; flexible schedule LICENSE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Adult Services Registration - Ohio Department of MR/DD; valid Ohio Driver's License - Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles
